MANDREL LUBE

MANDREL LUBE is a premium formulation for use over
a wide temperature range. Its homogeneous
composition offers maximum protection & excellent
lubrication for punch and dies surfaces extending their
service life, thereby reducing costly downtime and
improving productivity. The high content of molybdenum
disulfide and graphite boundary lubricants improve the
performance on high alloy steel products. Improved
surface details of forged parts are achieved by providing
a protective film on which the parts slide. Because the
fluids are high flash point, the charring and buildup of
carbon residue typically seen with only naphthenic
based fluids is greatly reduced. This should allow for
increased productivity. Although the product was
designed to be applied by brush or swab, it can be
sprayed with special equipment.

MANDREL LUBE, in other lubricating applications
protects against seizure and heat freeze, eases
assembling and dismantling, and saves man-hours. It
assures protection against rust, oxidation, and corrosion.
It will not harden, evaporate, or settle out; and it requires
no thinning. MANDREL LUBE is also an ideal product
bolting applications and other maintenance needs.

The rust inhibiting base carrier in MANDREL LUBE is
barium free, so safer for marine life in offshore
installations. The salt fog resistance of >2000 hours at
5% buffered sodium chloride solution is far superior to
that of conventional grease carriers for long-term
protection.
